Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or personalised products.

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, please take the time to carefully check your proof before approving it. This includes checking all spelling, names, dates, wording, colours and design details to make sure everything is exactly how you’d like it.

Once a personalised design has been approved and production has started, we are unable to make changes or offer a refund due to spelling mistakes or design choices that were included in the approved proof.

Something wrong with your order?

If your personalised product arrives damaged, faulty or has been made incorrectly compared to your approved proof, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

For damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund depending on the circumstances.
